Jelly-Cut Deli Fish

JELLY-CUT DELI FISH is a writing prompt/game concept created for the SeedComp! 2025 Planting round.

The prompt is this:

There have been many pieces of interactive fiction centered around wordplay, from Counterfeit Monkey and PataNoir to Faery: Swapped and Andrew Schultz’s Prime Pro-Rhyme Row series. All of them take advantage of IF’s unique ability to change the properties of something simply by changing how it’s described, spelled, or otherwise referred to. Nearly all of them have also been parser-based.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to crate a puzzly wordplay game in a choice-based format. Twine, Ink, ChoiceScript, whatever, but it must be choice-based and its primary mechanic must involve wordplay.
