I love the use of Old English here, it really adds to the atmosphere! The tale of Bluebeard was nicely interpreted and I could feel the intensity from the get-go! Nicely written! I liked it a lot. :>
This was fantastic! The use of older English was so well done here, it felt like I was interacting with an old play! The dialogue is just immediately tense, as I tried to figure out how best to catch the man unawares. I'm really interested in seeing the second act!
This slaps severely, and not just because the VVitch is my favourite movie ever. I think you captured the language of the time really well and I think the formatting was effective in conveying a back and forth between two people who know how to manipulate each other (even if one is better at it than the other). It felt almost like reading a stage play :) And the sudden shift in dialect at the end was morbidly hilarious--I'm looking forward to the other 2 acts

Thank you! Big shout out to Tommy Sullivan-Lovett, my good friend and resident Early Modern English expert in my life.
